How to make Superfood Tabs:

• Step 1:  Pour a glass of cold water
• Step 2: Drop one tablet in the water & let it fizz for about 3 minutes
• Step 3: Enjoy your superfood drink!
• Step 4: Repeat up to two more times daily :)

Tips for enhancing the flavor:

• Tip 1: Use at least 20oz of water
• Tip 2: Use half a tab your first week as your body adjusts
• Tip 3: Add lemon or try with sparkling water
• Tip 4: Add ice or use ice cold water
• Tip 5: Try using the Superfood Tabs in a recipe like our Peach Mango Superfood Tabs Popsicles or our Superfood Tabs Berry Hibiscus Tea!
