What is the policy for cancelling or returning orders?Updated 4 months ago

When you wish to cancel an order or return a product to Superfoods Company, it’s important to understand our policies. Orders that are in process or have been shipped cannot be cancelled due to our shipping and fulfillment policies. If you want to return a product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases, allowing you to return the product if it does not meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a refund on a returned product, please follow these steps:

  1. A prepaid return label will be provided, which should be used to ship back the product.
  2. Return your product within the given timeframe (usually 10 business days) after cancelling your membership.
  3. Once your item ships back to us, we'll process your refund. It may take a certain period for the refund to be reflected in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
  4. Note that refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless there's an issue, in which case store credit may be issued.
  5. All returns are subject to a deduction of $5 per item.  Any orders with a subtotal less than $80 are exempt from this deduction.


If you received a shipment after cancelling a subscription, you will not be billed further but you will still receive the shipment because it had already been processed before the cancellation notice was given.
