We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with brewing your Amazing Coffee pods. The good news is that you probably just need to clean out your Keurig! Because our product is formulated with fresh, natural superfoods, they can clog up your brewer sometimes.
This might happen if you have an older Keurig and is a super quick fix! Follow the steps below:
- Run 1-2 Cleansing Cycles: Running a Cleansing Cycle entails running your Keurig with no pod inside. Just run some hot water through the brewer to flush out any coffee grounds or residue that may be stuck inside. Check out this link for more detailed suggestions on cleaning your Keurig model.
- Clean your Keurig Needle: Sometimes the needle inside the Keurig that punctures your pods to brew coffee can get clogged up. Check out this video on how to clean your Keurig needle.
- Unplug & Replug your Keurig: This one is a classic, but it really helps! Sometimes your Keurig just needs to reset. Unplugging and replugging helps the Keurig restart and refresh.
Moving forward, we recommend brewing your Amazing Coffee pods using the “Hot cocoa” setting if you see that as an option on your brewer. Because our product is created with unfiltered, raw, natural superfoods, you may experience some clogging in your Keurig. By brewing your pod using the “hot cocoa” setting, this lets your Keurig know you’re using an unfiltered pod. Running cleansing cycles regularly will also help you to enjoy your Amazing Coffee even more!
