Why am I feeling sick/experiencing a reaction from the Amazing Creamer?
Since you're most likely introducing your body to new superfoods, it can take a little bit of time for your body to adjust. We have customers who have experienced nausea, brain fog or upset stomach while the body is flushing toxins and end up having great results.
It's important to talk with your doctor or health care provider if you have any medical questions when taking a new supplement. That being said, we've worked with nutritionists to create our Amazing Creamer and to make sure it doesn't contain allergens or elements that would cause side effects. If you're sensitive to the creamer, we suggest trying the tips below:
- Try adding a healthy sweetener option. Some of our favorites include agave, maple syrup, Trulia, and honey! - Our creamer comes unsweetened so that you can adjust the taste to your liking.
- Try using the creamer in smoothies or a yummy healthy treat like these Apple Peanut Butter Collagen Cookies or this Healthy Zucchini Bread!
- Add a tsp of vanilla extract to enhance the vanilla flavor.
