My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order. What do I do?Updated 4 months ago

We're so sorry to hear your order is missing! If your tracking is showing that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with your neighbors to see if the package may have been delivered to the incorrect address. If you're still unable to locate it, please wait 1-2 business days to see if the shipment arrives at your home.

If after 1-2 business days you still haven't received your order, please contact us to let us know. In the event that your package was lost or stolen, we can issue one replacement order per our company policy here.
